Performed field tests for all Motorola mobile handset devices released to providers and consumers;
- Tested, analyzed and validated handset software, codes and features per customer and internal requirements, which also included internet downloads, bluetooth connections, GPS, and signals.
- Tested download performance, message processing, signal and connection requirements per client’s specification.
- Support engineering team as a troubleshooting resource responsible for testing new hardware and software applications as well as accessories for new and upgraded products.

- Comprehensive test involved integration with Shure products as well as implementation in environment mixed with other vendor’s products; coordinated wirelss testing frequencies for
- Onsite teams and off site product shows. Grouped equipment into zones and established command/control centers from laptops.

- Provided 24/7 support for applications running on UNIX and Windows NT platforms.
- Enhanced and maintained existing applications using Visual Basic, COM objects, ADO, and Oracle.
- Created tables and normalized relational databases using Oracle and MS Access.
