1. Provision of trouble-free operation of process equipment (injection machines, hydraulic press, thermoforming and cutting lines, etc.), engineering networks;

I took the leading part in the following CAPEX projects:
1. Participation in the construction and commissioning of a production building of 6700 m2 (2010);
2. Reconstruction of the production building - extension of the warehouse building of 1700m2 and hangar of 1600m2 (2011-2012);
3. Construction of a 2-storey production and warehouse building of 13000 m2 (2014-2016);
4. Technical remodeling of the warehouse to the production shopfloor of 1700 m2 (2016-2017);
5. Technical remodeling of the production shopfloor due to updаtеof Customer's car models.

1. Organization of maintenance of processing equipment (injection machines, injection molds, auxiliary equipment);
2. Conclusion of Contracts for the maintenance of equipment and engineering networks;
3. Budgeting for the purchase of new equipment, spare parts, and the rendering services;
4. Organization of measures for labor protection, fire safety, industrial safety, environment protection

I achieved career growth from an Operator (July 2004) to the post of Chief Engineer (February 2008), having passed all the main stages of production: Electromechanics (September 2005), Power Engineer (January 2006), Deputy Chief Engineer (May 2007).

Launch of production from "0" at the new production site in 2009: reconstruction of the facility, installation and connection of equipment, organization of the maintenance service.
