Your Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be spearheading an exciting expedition to uncover the extraordinary talents our team requires. You'll be tasked with exploring the broad spectrum of Digital Marketing roles across diverse regions, perfecting your strategies to engage the ideal candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruiting for our open positions across diverse sectors and regions
• Utilize your expert knowledge of your assigned market to navigate the talent landscape
• Collaborate closely with our HR team and hiring managers to ensure alignment
• Manage our HR databases and assets, keeping them current and organized
• Identify and initiate relationships with the best sources of candidates, including external agencies, recruiters, job boards, and networking sites
• Develop relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs

Qualifications

• Speaking Upper Intermediate English
• The capacity to work independently and remotely, taking ownership of your role
