Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our team.

You are bound to get new professional challenges! You will get a chance to establish and align business processes, be responsible for a team and project success.

You will be responsible for:

• Project portfolio financial results.(P&L).

• Taking a part in a pre-sale process: establish and manage long-term partnerships with foreign customers. Responsible for project evaluation and goals.

• Managing Project Managers team (3-5 people + 15/20 developers in matrix subordination).

• People management: motivate and develop employees, give them feedback, uphold transparent processes and system control, support your team.

• Handle hiring and dismissals processes above your team.

• Develop and grow a professional team.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience for outsourcing companies.

• Familiar with the USA, European, and other foreign markets.

• English skills min. B2 + and above. Part of the interview will be provided in English.

• Proven project management background.

• Proven experience in people management and growing a team.

• Good understanding of Fix Price and T&M contracts.

• Good understanding of agile approaches, well versed in the scrum.

• The technical background will be your advantage.

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay positive. Willingness to take responsibility, goal-oriented mindset.

• Strong leadership skills. You are ready to face difficulties and have a solid ability to solve them!
