Atlantix is looking for an experienced, creative, and proactive SMM Manager with a focus on influencer collaboration and lead generation. Your role will be to promote the brand through social media and build a positive image using partnerships with bloggers and active community engagement. Success will be measured by the number of leads generated and the increase in conversions achieved through PR activities and SMM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media promotion strategy focused on lead generation (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate actively with bloggers, influencers, and opinion leaders to increase brand awareness and attract new audiences.
- Grow the community, maintain brand loyalty, organize feedback, and engage the audience.
- Create and publish content (text, graphics, videos, infographics) that effectively captures attention and generates leads.
- Continuously analyze the results of SMM campaigns and activities, adjusting strategies based on analytics to improve conversions.
- Manage the brand's online reputation, work with reviews, comments, and mentions to enhance brand perception.
- Prepare informational materials and content for bloggers, media, and partners.
- Develop and implement events and activities aimed at attracting new clients and partners.
- Work with internal teams to integrate activities into the overall marketing and sales strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM, PR, and lead generation.
- Experience working with bloggers, influencers, and partners to attract new clients.
- Skills in creating creative content that effectively attracts and converts an audience.
- Knowledge of analytics and lead generation tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM).
- Experience in conducting and analyzing advertising campaigns aimed at increasing leads and conversions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
