We are Saber Interactive - one of the leading gamedev company. We develop our projects for all main game platforms. Our studios are located all around the world.

Millions of people play Saber's games: Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2, Snow Runner, World War Z, Toxic Commando, Dakar Desert Rally and others. We have also ported 'Witcher 3' on Nintendo Switch and adapted Crysis Trilogy for modern platforms.

Some of our projects for PC and Consoles (like PlayStation and Xbox) are based on the Unreal Engine.

And now, we are looking for an experienced Production Director to join our management team for the UE project.

What will you do?

• Full management of project, including strategic planning and management of long-term vision;
• Improve production processes;
• Lead and evaluate Project Managers/producers;
• Provide Resource planning with efficient load balancing to achieve results in shortest terms across project teams;
• Complete project risk management, including schedule, budget, and quality;
• Take part in project roadmap definition (owner of roadmap);
• Planning and tracking release schedules, including post-launch support;
• Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders;
• Regular interaction with partners, including managing communication with publishers, contractors, and marketing teams;
• Effectively assistance cross discipline team communication and collaboration.

What we expect?

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager / PMO / Development Director within the game industry;
• Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills;
• Hands-on experience managing several cross-functional teams or groups in a game development environment;
• Deep understanding of game development cycles, processes, and latest trends;
• A released project in any role in the portfolio;
• Spoken Russian
