Basket Entertainment is a leading UGC gaming company based in San Francisco, specializing in Roblox games and overseeing multiple subsidiary companies.

We've got some new products in the works that go beyond our current digital entertainment line, and we're looking to add some talented professionals to our R'n'D team who share our vision for the future.

We are seeking a talented Junior Software Engineer with experience or interest in different technology stacks and the ability to switch between technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic international team, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop applications using modern technologies and frameworks;
• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular, React, Vue, etc;
• Adapt interfaces for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies;
• Write Java/ Golang/Python code;
• Maintain and refactor existing code;
• Write tests;
• Fix bugs;
• Make product analysis;
• Implement new features;
• Work on prototype projects, including tasks that might be unique;
• Help different teams with technical stuff;
• Some skills and understanding of deployment administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or similar;
• Fundamental knowledge of programming;
• Communication skills (English);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
