Our IT Department is growing and the Remote IT Support Team needs a new member - Junior specialist with a high level of English speaking skills, willing to start his career in the international IT Support.

If you're ready to grow further in the technical domain and helping people to solve their IT issues is your goal - we suggest joining our Team of professional trouble-shooters.

What will you do:

• Provide technical support to our foreign clients within SLA (OTRS based ticket system, three lines of support);
• Perform Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting;
• Learn new things daily and implement the knowledge in cloud and hosting services such as Office 365, Mimecast; PBX systems such as Avaya, Asterisk; backup solutions such as Acronis; desktop Microsoft, Apple OS, server Microsoft OS, virtualization systems, network devices (HP, Cisco, FortiGate, SonicWall etc.);

• You have basic Windows OS administration skills;
• You understand the basics of local and global networks;
• You speak English confidently (Intermediate+) and are ready to practice it every day;
