International Italian hotel chain is seeking an experienced General Manager for Domina management property, located in Russia.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements operational policies and procedures. Together with the heads of departments, establishes the daily operational work of the hotel
• Carries out and controls the rational use of material and financial resources of the Company
• Develops and implements a business plan, operating budget and cash flow budget annually
• Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• Provides the strategic positioning of the hotel on the market and the creation of its positive reputation and popularity.
• Develops systems of employee’s motivation and disciplinary responsibility analyzes the effectiveness of the systems and implements their improvement.
• Ensures compliance with internal documents and corporate culture principles.
• Leading and managing the team to deliver annual targets and brand vision
• Recruit, interview and train team members
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
• Hold regular meetings with the HOD team
• Make time to interact with guests, solicit feedback and build relationships
• Availability to travel according to business needs

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in hospitality, economics/finance or marketing
• Experience in the position of General Manager of full service property from 3 years
• Fluent English in addition to native Russian is a must
• Knowledge of fundamentals of budgeting, financial and economic planning of the company in accordance with USALI standards
• Effective management, leadership, organizational and communications skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late hours.
