We are creating a modern and technologically advanced fintech company IT Contact. Since 2019, we have been actively developing, implementing and supporting products for digital transformation of lending in the Russian and foreign segment of the mortgage market. We already have more than 400 people and we continue to actively grow, increasing the variety of projects. Our clients are companies all over the world.

Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in St. Petersburg office.

Who are we looking for?

A specialist who has:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Fluency in English is essential, minimum C1 level);
• Education or work experience abroad is a plus;
• Background in international sales, customer relationships, or account management is preferred;
• A strong passion for client service;
• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented.

What will you do?

• Develop new companies in approved states and new contacts;
• Develop long-term relationships with existing partners;
• Train clients on our processing and IT system;
• Troubleshoot all issues and assist the team with systemic problems;
• Provide updаtеon performance issues;
• Stay in touch with client and discuss new opportunities to improve results.
