University in "radiophysics and electronics".

Work experience:
04.2012 up to present the head of department of data network in
SvyazInform.

02.2011 the head of group of operation of access network in
Kaliningrad branch of MegaFon;

05.2010 the head of department of operation of access network in
Kaliningrad branch of PETERSTAR;

09.2008 the head of department of network planning in WestBalt
telecom;

Duties:

Implementation of new services;

Ensuring smooth functioning of network;

Operational elimination of large emergencies on network;

Participation in planning of the current and perspective
development;

Participation in work on projects on a construction, upgrade and
optimization of networks;

Planning and works monitoring on network according to project
deadlines;

Participation in budget planning;

From the last large successful projects I can note:

Development of the system that displays the personified
advertizing to clients of the company. It is used to inform our
clients about a new services.

Development of the system of authorization for public wi-fi
hotspots via call from mobile phone.

Implementation of CGN on the Juniper MS-DPC equipment, later it
has been replaced with more powerful (60Gb) EcoNAT equipment.

Move Oracle RAC that is used for billing from outdated IBM
blade-center to a new failure-safe hardware platform: 2xNetApp,
2xCisco nexus switches, 2xCisco UCS servers. Virtualization
platform (Oracle VM) was introduced to satisfy conditions of
the license on CPU number.

Key skills and competencies:

The architecture, protocols and the equipment which are used for
creation of multiservice networks;

Practical experience of work with Juniper equipment:
MX104/240/480/960 routers, switches EX2200/4200/4300/4550, BRAS
E120/320, MX. All cycle: coordination of the specification with
the supplier, purchase, installation, start and operation.

Practical experience of replacement of the working router based
on MX480 on MX960 with transfer of all channels and services.
Earlier repeatedly I performed operations of complete
transition from Cisco 7604 to Juniper MX240.

Practical experience of work with systems of virtualization. I
have transfered services (RADIUS, PG DB, DNS, DHCP, WEB) from
obsolete servers to failure-safe virutalization clusters based
on proxmox (drbd+lvm, later NFS). All cycle: testing of various
decisions, matching of the equipment, purchase, installation,
start of system of virtualization, transfer servers to the
virtual environment, operation.

Relationship with NOC of foreign telecom operators, in
particular, level3, de-cix and telia: organization of joints,
routing, balancing of loading, expansion of channels. Problem
resolution: unavailability of resources, high RTT, etc.

Practical experience of operation with Linux/FreeBSD as:

virtualization platform: proxmox(KVM/OpenVZ/LXC), OracleVM(Xen)

DNS servers (bind, unbound), including the recursive anycast;

e-mail server (SMTP-exim, POP3/IMAP-courier-imap);

hosting servers (nginx, apache with mod_itk later PHP-fpm, FTP,
MySQL). To resolve some tasks on a hosting I have developed
modules for Apache: mod_jail and mod_myvhost, they are
available in my github.

Management system and monitoring of the equipment of data
communication networks. There are some zabbix templates on my
github that I have developed to monitoring ip/mlps core
equipment;
