Doctor on offshore rig Sea Explore (pride) employed by Europe Assistance. Besides the duties of the doctor, Dr Ikram was also involved in the administration (daily crew changes, weekly safety and hygiene reports, drugs and clinic inventory, consultations, regular time sheets). Provision of medical services as per agreed scope of services for the particular site assigned to, including the following:
• Provision of GP/Family doctor
• Performing clinical examinations
• Carrying out medical procedures required, falling in categories of First Aid, stabilization of primary care
• Recognizing common infectious diseases and implementing appropriate methods of isolation and treatment

CLINICAL WORK:
I have been employed by UNITED HEALTHCARE GLOBAL for UKRAINE HELICOPTER in November 2016 AS SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER ( FLIGHT EMERGENCY DOCTOR)
During those periods:
I provide many aero medical evacuation from hostile area
The CASE EVAC and MED EVAC was supported By Helicopter MI-8 inside the helicopter there is 2 module of intensive care with oxygen supply , using equipment as corpuls (cardio resuscitation monitor), oxylog 3000 as(ventilator), WEINMAN and other equipment for mass causality .
The case evac were traffic road accident , and most are IEDs and armed conflict
The clinical management for casualty with injures require treatment and walking wound , different medication as( tramadol, morphine, ketamine, fentanyl )to control the pain ,with different technic of immobilization using spine board, scoop stretcher, emergency stretcher , vacuum mattress ( different splint: emergency traction splint , and evacuation vacuum splint )
Some casualty were unconscious with Trauma brain injury
(RAPID SEQUENCE INTUBATION PROTOCOL using
Drugs as anesthetic, myorelaxant (curare) and analgesic as fentanyl and other drugs as hypnotic and sedative)
With equipment on board oxylogue –(ventilator) and corpuls (cardio monitor ) ;and other disposable equipment
- 2018 The situation in Mali essentially in Timbuctoo MINUSMA MISSION had multiple and complex attack on camp , we supported the Nigerian Role 2 hospital to evacuate the casualty. And we provide aero medical emergency evacuation from hostile area where the contingent was dislocated, many causality were caused by attack on camp or on armored vehicle ,
Those casualty were transferred to level 2 hospital for further treatment and diagnostics after being rescued and treated and managed by the AMET.
AMET Support the UN program in Region area GAO where we provided aero Medical services for MINUSMA
-2019 IN KIDAL region WE HAD A LOT OF AERO MEDICAL EMEREGENCY EVCUATION CAUSED BY IEDs and some time we had to evacuate from camps a scorpion bite casualty .
- 2020 The situation with COVID 19 , we had many infected UN worker, we were trained to evacuate the COVID patient using Biological Protection System (BIO BAG EBV 30-40)
AFTER THE REVOLUTION COUP D ETAT in MALI many UN convoy were attacked and the evacuation from hostile area was supported by AMET, different casualty (leg amputation, spinal trauma, head trauma, chest trauma abdomen trauma) transferred to TOGOLESE ROLE 2 Hospital as case Evac.
