Middlewich DC was a startup where I was taking part in setting up the warehouse, planning, building process, and running different departments, later I moved to Blackpool DC, It was a restart of one of our sites, that was on the plans to close, but because of lack of space company decided to restart, and make it fully operational again. During 4 years in two DCs I was running all departments the biggest part of the time on Audit and Goods In, taking part in taking decisions, improving things, and just going thru all challenges that startup can have.

XPO Logistics Go Outdoors DC , That was start- up of the new DC, I was taking part in planning, staff training, promoting, and expanding our operation till the fully operational site. We have started from an empty warehouse that was still partly construction site with two shifts, till it was fully operational 24/7 JD Go Outdoors site, I was covering shift manager duties during weekends.
