strategy for AMEX in Russia. Follow up strategy development for digital acquisition and growth. Customer
and competitor analytics lie at the core of this project, working with partners, future partners and highly
sophisticated digitally oriented Russian customer base. Team & project management. Management of all
marketing, product development and P& L for Armenia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Mongolia.

Global Head of Communications, Marketing , Events & Customer Experience Centres, BT
October 2019 -September 2020

Director responsible for strategy, management, production and delivery of all communications, content
and messaging in external and internal sales enablement events across BT Globally. Created a new Board
event communications strategy. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Global division of BT’s
leadership team. Strong executive Board management and messaging skills. Managing a team of 16
people delivering communications, content, digital and live media initiativ es through live and recorded
events and messaging. Responsible for all content, messaging and comms in BT’s Global Advisory Board –
bi-annual meeting of the company’s largest and most influential customers. Launched BT’s first Virtual
Global Sales Kick off – 17 hours of content, messaging for the sales community. A live TV event with a
virtual audience of 20,000. Working with industry heads of marketing on enabling ABM, online and
content messaging campaigns. In addition, responsible for strategic managemen t of BT’s 14 customer
experience centres across the globle, creating and executing customer engagement and messaging
strategies globally .

• Launched a business with lit tle seed money
• Created and grew a portfolio of branded products to revenues of £400,000
