Responsibility for all activities performed under the scope of Medical Services, including oversight responsibility for Regional TMAs, MSS, MDR, CS, and being the key medical contact for the sponsor; participation in Kick-Off meetings, Investigator meeting attendance and presentation; sponsor calls attendance; providing training to the clinical team; CRA/site support and guidance on medical and protocol questions; review of protocol, CRF, CSR.
Providing guidance to the Investigator sites, including 24/7 emergency coverage, and to the project team regarding Protocol interpretation and medical issues, including eligibility review, study procedures and patient continuation and discontinuation; Protocol deviation review.

Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and good
clinical practice.
