- development, coordination and monitoring of the cruise ships and ferries calls schedule, mooring and operations;
- planning and control of port activities and coordination with the state officials;

- purchasing and contract work with third parties;
- developing of job descriptions, procedures and safety instructions for stevedoring and service departments.

- managing of port duty staff;
- control performing of port activities by structural divisions and third parties in accordance with the coordinated plan;
- control of construction, dredging and repair works on port territory and harbor;
- control and monitoring of mooring vessels to port berths and landing of aircraft to port heliport;
- managing of mooring gang when mooring/unmooring of cruise ships and ferries to port facilities;
- organization and maintenance of passenger operations in the port;
- monitoring the compliance with terms of contracts by third parties, regulations and requirements for the organization of activities in the port. Claim work with clients;
- keeping of operational cooperation with state officials for the safety of passenger operations and other activities of the port;
- took part in presentation of port at international exhibitions dedicated to the cruise business.

- monitoring and planning of container equipment in coordination with main line operators;
- documentation and billing for maintenance and repair of container equipment;

- managing of container terminal equipment department;
- work to improve the repair base, optimize the repair procedures of containers;
- development and implementation of port Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
