Instrument Supervisor

I ensure that the works related to Instrumentation and/or geographical area are performed in accordance with the pre-set program and budgets established to Subcontractors in manpower, materials, and process.
I assume all responsibilities related to the Instrumentation operations in the absence of Construction Manager.
On a weekly basis, I make proper revisions on all the programs with its team and the Planning Engineer in order to analyze the Instrumentation progress.
I ensures that Instrumentation is carried out in accordance with the specifications and engineering plans as well as the established HSE provisions for the Project.
I assume the HSE responsibilities related to Instrumentation established in the Site HSE Plan and/or procedures required for the Project.
I collaborate with Quality Team during inspection activities as a complementary and coordinated statement.
I ensures that Subcontractors are insured in accordance with the contractual requirements and that no work is performed at site prior to the reception of related insurance coverage.
Collaborate in preparing the Monthly Instrumentation Progress Report.
Give support to Pre-Commissioning, Hand Over & Start Up activities for Punch List Closure, reinstallation and craft support as required by Pre- Commissioning Team.
Collaborate with Construction Manager for the Closure of Construction Subcontracts.

Supervise & implement maintenance tasks & schedules for the Instrument Department. Review production plans and assign tasks to teams. Monitor quality of progress and results through laid out ISA good practices and standards.
Commissioning of ADNOC Distribution Depot/1000 & SV1-5 Areas.

Supervise installation, repair & maintenance of instrumentation devices & systems.
Cable laying, cable tray installation, junction boxes, transmitters, impulse tubings, termination & calibration.
File HSE documentation, PTW, drills participation and reporting.

Review incoming daily work orders for material requests, installation, testing & commissioning of all instrumentation devices and controls.
Hand over test and final acceptance tests.

Implement fuel product movement & depot mngt policies through instrumentation & control facilities.
Supervise maintenance schedules & product monitoring.

Material planning and arrangement coordination.
Tools & Equipment identification and procurement.
Assist in planning of construction of various instrumentation activities and documentation.
