- Implement logistics procedures, policies and requirements for contractors while observing governmental regulations and local law
- Visa support, liaison with local immigration authorities
- International and internal (onshore/offshore) travel itineraries, hotel reservations and other travel logistics in a most cost and time efficient manner

- Administrate invoices, credit cards expenditure reconciliation, monthly expenses reports, office inventory, budget preparation and petty cash funds
- Coordinate travel itineraries, hotel reservations, visas for staff and visitors
