My name is Giuseppe Baratto, and I am a professional with over 22 years of experience in the industrial and managerial sector. I have had the opportunity to manage production plants and develop startups in several countries, including Africa and CIS countries, collaborating with multinational and local companies to optimize production processes and industrialize new projects.

I am currently looking for new professional challenges as a Plant Manager or startup project manager in African or CIS markets. I am particularly interested in developing or expanding contexts, where I can leverage my skills in managing production plants, optimizing industrial processes and starting new production lines.

Consolidated international experience in countries such as Ethiopia, Ukraine, Romania, Togo, Tanzania and many others.
Startup and management of industrial startups, as demonstrated by the recent success in setting up a footwear factory in Ethiopia with over 490 employees.
Management of large and multifunctional teams (up to 800 employees), with particular attention to production efficiency and optimization of human and technological resources.
Solid skills in operational management and quality, developed through roles of responsibility in mechanical and production sectors.
Ability to adapt to multicultural contexts and to coordinate with different company stakeholders, from external suppliers to sales, marketing and finance teams.

My training covered the full production cycle, from material production to transformation technologies, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the mechanical aspects of machine building.During my qualification, I consistently demonstrated strong technical skills and knowledge, achieving a score of 8 out of 10. This professional qualification has equipped me with the expertise to handle and operate machine tools efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity in industrial operations. With a focus on precision and innovation, I apply my skills across various mechanical processes, ensuring the effective execution of projects and process improvements.
