 Supervising and follow up for payments with cli ents as per Sales Agreement and
timely closing of Import de clarations (buy currency, convert and making
payments to the supplier)

 Spearheading all after Sales Service (Outsourcing) and discarded /damage Stock
repair on timely basis.

 Tax Planning and coordinating Chf Accountant to file Tax returns and timely
closing of statutory accounts.

 Successfully managing all aspects of a large trading cum D istribution Company
as a General Director for FINANCE/ACCOUNTS with Operation for the
NW regions of Russia , based at Saint Petersburg.

 Developing and managing the departmental budget, establishing and
monitoring productivity goals and leading cross functional teams on key
projects. Also headed the finance team making a safe and sound control on all
