Who is a User Acquisition Manager?
A person who brings users into the product and scales growth.
Your mission is to find and connect clients — owners of advertising platforms — turning traffic into stable business results.
It won’t be easy! This role is about constant challenges, testing hypotheses, working with numbers, and negotiations where the word “no” is not the end, but the continuation of a dialogue. There are no universal recipes here, but there is freedom of action, responsibility, and the understanding that you truly move the product forward.
Responsibilities:
Cold outreach to advertising platforms and traffic acquisition worldwide (no cold calls, via email only);
Communication with webmasters;
Monitoring and controlling the placement of advertising materials.
Our ideal candidate:
Interested in online advertising and motivated to influence their income level;
Has experience in sales or customer service (even minimal experience is considered);
Fluent in Russian and has English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
Strong communicator with analytical skills;
Eager to learn and quick to grasp new information.
What we offer:
Fixed salary + transparent KPI-based bonus system after the probation period;
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible start between 10:00–11:00 AM) in an office located 10 minutes from Petrogradskaya metro station;
