Key role in managing planning for EPC-projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated planning system, aligning subcontractor and supplier schedules, and monitoring progress across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases.

Обязанности:

• Develop and implement EPC project planning management systems (including Level 1–4 schedules);
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary interconnection in level 3 schedules (engineering, procurement, construction);
• Development of schedules of the 1st and 2nd levels;
• Integrate subcontractor design schedules and supplier timelines into a unified Master Schedule;
• Prepare man-hour estimates and staffing mobilization plans;
• Create and monitor progress reports (KPIs, key quantities, MDR);
• Develop interactive dashboards for senior management;
• Ensure compliance with planning and reporting procedures.

Требования:

• Minimum 6 years in EPC megaproject planning (oil & gas, petrochemicals);
• Hands-on experience in engineering phase planning and subcontractor schedule integration;
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6/EPPM (including setup for multi-subcontractor environments);
• Deep understanding of engineering, supply chain, and construction processes;
• Ability to develop and align Level 1–4 schedules.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (oil & gas, civil, mechanical, or related field).
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate English (minimum) for international collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities;
• Adaptability to high-pressure, ambiguous environments.

Условия:

• Contract as per RF Labor Code
• Work in Moscow office
• Schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
