We are looking for a Business Application Administrator for our client. This is a leading supplier of petrochemical products with an impeccable market reputation, and a wide range of products.

Role Purpose:

The Business Application Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of core maritime business applications, with a primary focus on IMOS(Veson Nautical) and AMS-complex(Astramarine Soft) systems applied for commercial and technical ship management.

The role ensures system stability, data integrity, effective user support, and alignment of applications with operational and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration and support IMOS, AMS-complex, and related maritime business applications.
Manage system configuration, master data, and access controls.
Provide Level 1&2 application support, collaborate with provider technical support.
Support integrations, data validation, and reporting.
Participate in system upgrades, UAT, and rollout activities.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with ship management systems like IMOS and/or AMOS (preferably).
5+ years of experience in application or enterprise system support.
Keen in processes automatization, applications study, data management
Strong understanding of maritime/shipping management or willing to study it.
Russian (fluent) and English (professional proficiency).
